Seeking Appraiser Mentor
Trainee seeking apprenticeship starting April 2017

My name is Jeff Lang. Please welcome me to your organization as an Appraiser Trainee. Once I am trained, I will be honored to be a valuable asset to your company.

I am in the process of completing the required 79 hour appraisal trainee coursework and will be finished in April, 2017. Upon completion, I will be approved to work as an apprentice under a licensed appraiser.

After working in logistics for United States Air Force, I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree and enjoyed working in healthcare for 25 years. I advanced to become a supervisor and instructor. As a result, I’ve been able to hone my analytical, customer service, interpersonal, and problem solving skills - the necessary requirements of a great
appraiser.

I am leaving healthcare behind for a future as an appraiser. I have always had a keen interest in real estate and am greatly anticipating this transition.

I am efficient, organized, motivated, amiable and a team player. I look forward to beginning my new career.

Established practice in Portland, Oregon seeks Certified General appraiser with a minimum of five years of commercial real estate appraisal and at least two years of UASFLA / Yellow Book appraisal assignments, including before and after appraisals and conservation easements.

Entry-level Trainee seeking Supervising Appraiser
I am a motivated and determined individual in pursuit of my State Certified Residential Appraiser license. I am currently working toward my Assistant Appraiser title and expect to have all coursework completed by April 24, 2017. My bachelor’s degree is a dual focus in Business Supply and Logistics and Business Information Systems Management from Portland State University.  I have professional experience working with Fred Meyer as an Assistant (financial) Planner. I am a self starter, organized and very experienced with online research and various computer programs. I have a great sense of humor, I am caring, I am assertive and I tend to be introverted.

Ideally, I would like to work part time for a supervising appraiser whose office is located somewhere in or near Clackamas county (I live in Colton).
